Make your own air quality sensor - Workshop on Saturday 9th March

Ever wondered what the air quality is like when you’re out and about? Well now you can find out by making your own air quality sensor. The TrustLens project is sponsoring ten air quality sensor kits for residents of the Tillydrone area. A building workshop for these will be held at 2pm on Saturday 9th March, at St George's Church. A suggested £5 donation is for buying more sensors. If you’re interested in attending please email info@airaberdeen.org for more questions and to book your place.

Litter Pick up - Thursday 25 April

A frequent theme from your comments and feedback so far was the concern of litter on the street and how it affects walking and cycling in the area. We’re teaming up with local groups in the area to run an anti-littering campaign and organising a litter pick across Woodside and Tillydrone on Thursday 25 April. In the next few months we’ll be running events with local schools and involve businesses to pledge for a tidier Tilly-Wood. If you’ve done something similar, would like to be involved or have any questions please email Kasia, kasia.koziel@sustrans.org.uk .
